Lade, Jean-Baptiste highlight 11 player loan to USL’s Red Bulls II

With their USL team in place, the New York Red Bulls are redefining the meaning of “bye-week” for their bench players.

The team is set to loan out eleven players to the USL club for this weekend’s match at Red Bull Arena against Toronto FC II.

Seldom used players such as Andrew Jean-Baptiste, Kyle Reynish and Connor Lade highlight this call-up list, which also includes a smattering of draft picks and youth prospects. Santiago Castano, Leo Stolz, Marius Obekop and Manolo Sanchez get their second look with the division three side this week.

Each of the eleven players will be eligible for first team action when New York takes on DC United at RFK next week.
