The Montreal Impact will have to play another playoff game in 2016 without star striker Didier Drogba due to back pain.

“Very disappointed not to be part of the team because of this damn back pain,” Drogba wrote in a tweet. He also urged Montreal supporters to “bring the fire” since the Impact are underdogs.

The Impact have had various issues of late with Drogba, who had disagreements with the Impact following his exclusion from the starting lineup during a key game in the playoff chase late in the season. Drogba also didn’t appear during the knockout game victory over DC United at RFK Stadium.

New York Red Bulls will be traveling to Montreal today to play the Impact at 3PM as part of the first leg of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
