Eintracht Frankfurt deny Miazga loan interest

Matt Miazga’s future is still up in the air after Eintracht Frankfurt’s Sporting Director denied any reports of the Bundesliga club signing the American defender.

According to the Frankfurter Neue Presse, United States International Matt Miazga will not join Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt on loan from Chelsea FC this season. When asked about the reports of the former New York Red Bull academy product joining the German side on loan, Eintracht’s Sporting Director Fredi Bobic rejected the idea, claiming it was “this is still not an option for us.”

Although rumors of Miazga heading to Germany are false, many still believe that the 21-year-old will depart from London for a short period-of-time in order to seek out extra match experience outside of the club. As predicted, Englishmen John Terry and Gary Cahill are expected to start in Antonio Conte‘s first-competitive lineup on Monday against West Ham United. With the close return of Kurt Zouma to the squad, Miazga will find it difficult to earn a first team spot.

The European transfer window still has 19 days left, giving Miazga a bit of time to find playing experience away from Chelsea.

Because as is painfully obvious to anyone with any amount of soccer intelligence he can’t play in anything above a Country of decent size’s 4th division. Who wants someone that’s “dumber than the donkey” on their club?

Having met the kid, all I can say is thank God he has athletic ability because he really is dumber than a stone & probably could never find work doing anything else. Thank God for pro sports.

Nah, I am actually talented at my job, I’m good

No, really. The kid is a good player, but he is really not smart. We are talking sub Jose Reyes level intelligence. I’m not being mesn. It’s true.

I meant “mean.” Please excuse the spelling error.

Saw him played live. Thank you, but thank you. Polish national team also did not want him, so Klimsman got his megastar for free. Well, …enjoy
