Brad Evans joins USMNT camp

U.S. Soccer announced on Monday that Brad Evans has been added to the roster for the Men’s National Team January camp.

The addition of Evans brings the total number of players training in Carson to 26.

The Arizona native was a key member of side in 2015, making eight appearances for his country. Evan’s time was highlighted by four caps at the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The Seattle Sounders captain will look to add to his 25 career caps in a pair of friendlies later this month against Iceland and Canada.

Evans arrived at the camp over the weekend and participated in training on Monday in California.
