Five Lessons Learned: New York Red Bulls 1 – 0 New England Revolution

Truer words have never been spoken.

Heading into yesterday’s clash against the New England Revolution, the Red Bulls looked lucky to earn a point what with all of the injuries and drama surrounding them. An early Thierry Henry goal and a solid defensive effort against a buzzing Revolution attack earned the side a solid 1-0 victory instead.

Of course, the win did come at a cost. With Henry likely out for a month, life won’t get any easier for the Red Bulls. For now, they can bask in the glow of victory as they prepare for a road battle against the Los Angeles Galaxy.
