Clearly, there is no way the New York Red Bulls could survive those kinds of odds.
But they did. In fact, not only did they emerge winners – they secured a share of first place in the East as well.
After a week of drama and doubt, New York once again went against expectations and came up roses in a critical home game against their most hated rival. With the Atlantic Cup in tow, the team looks forward to the Houston Dynamo on the road.
