Much like last season, the New York Red Bulls begin their 2013 Desert Diamond Cup tournament facing off against Real Salt Lake. This year, however, there are various story-lines that help make this one an anticipated event.

With former Salt Lake standouts Jamison Olave and Fabian Espindola on the Red Bulls and a retooled Real Salt Lake looking to make a statement, Wednesday evening’s match will likely take on a sharper feel.
