The Brazilian National Team has announced their roster for the upcoming series of friendlies highlighted by a date with the United States in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

The star-studded roster is headlined by Neymar and Kaká.

One notable name missing from the squad is Philippe Coutinho. The Liverpool man started his season at Anfield off with a golazo in the opening weekend against Stoke City.

On the other hand, a surprise inclusion was Orlando City’s Kaká. The Brazilian has made 21 appearances scoring nine goals in the Lions 2015. With the call up the midfielder is set to earn his 90th call up for the Seleção.

“We gave [Coutinho] a chance in Copa América,” said Brazil manager Dunga. “You can’t build with just youngsters, you need experience to help.”

Meanwhile, Neymar comes into the match after a disappointing Copa America effort that ended in a four match ban for his role in the incidents at the end of the Columbia match. To make matters worse, the Barcelona man’s club season is being delayed due to his case of the mumps. While the striker may not see much action, his presence in camp will be important to the squad as they prepare for World Cup Qualifying.

The United States are expected to name their roster for the September friendlies in the coming days.
