Few players have inspired more hope in the New York City FC fan base than Jack Harrison.

And if he has his way, NYCFC fans may be able to cheer for him on the national stage as well.

Harrison, 19, is an English native. However, he would answer the call to the U.S. Men’s National Team — if ever afforded the opportunity.

“I would think about it ya. You never know what is going to happen. Im just always open to new opportunities,” Harrison said in an interview with EoS Radio. “It would be great to represent this country. But again, we would have to see later on down the line.”

Not only does Harrison speak about his national team ambitions on EoSR!, but he also gives his account of joining MLS, his struggles with injuries — and playing alongside football royalty in Andrea Pirlo, Frank Lampard and David Villa.
