Few rookies in recent Red Bulls history made the kind of impact Connor Lade did in 2012.

Using a rare opportunity to carve himself a place in the New York lineup early last season, Lade managed to turn heads with his dynamic play and steady performances. That opportunity turned into regular minutes as he played a vital role with the Red Bulls defense and offense.

Lade returns to the show for the third time to discuss his achievements over the past year and his aspirations for 2013. We talk about the new Mike Petke regime, his trip to Spain, a call-up to the USMNT and of course, shoe sizes (thanks for that one Ryan Meara).
