Luciano Migliore, one of three New Yorkers arrested during a postgame incident in Orlando last Sunday, said in a Facebook post on Friday night that he has successfully appealed a year-long suspension from Yankee Stadium, getting it reduced to six games.

Migliore has been charged in Florida with two misdemeanors — affray and resisting an officer without violence — for his part in a melee after last Sunday’s game. He was released from custody and able to return to New York earlier this week. In his post, Migliore said he felt his punishment was unjust.
“Three months feels better than a whole year,” Migliore wrote. “It’s a very small victory in a shitshow of a situation.”
Migliore added that he will be selling his tickets at face value for the six games he cannot attend. He thanked friends who provided video evidence that helped his appeal.
NYCFC has yet to respond to a request for comment from Empire of Soccer.
