New York Red Bull II returns to YouTube for the 2017 USL season with all of its home games streamed over the web. Select games will also be available on Montclair State University’s radio station, WMSC 90.3 FM and streamed on iHeartRadio.

“We are happy to provide new and exciting ways in which students can have the opportunity to learn and develop within our club,” Jamie Ponce, the club’s director of business operations, said. “This partnership allows us to help grow their passion for the sports industry while providing them with with an outlet to enhance their skill sets in both radio and streaming broadcasts.”

The arrangement for away games, however, is confusing. Many USL teams have negotiated local broadcasting deals, but there is no information about those feeds for out-of-market fans. All games over the last two seasons have been streamed on YouTube with the exception of select games on ESPN3.

The radio partnerships for Red Bull II represents the first for the team.
