As if playing the defending MLS Cup Champions wasn’t enough, now New York has to turn their attentions to last years runner-up.

A well rested Houston Dynamo visit Red Bull Arena in a rain soaked Harrison, New Jersey, looking to put a bow on six road matches before unveiling their new home at BBVA. Meanwhile, the overachieving and unpredictable New York Red Bulls welcome back Rafa Marquez as they look to extend a string of strong play that has included two consecutive – and surprising – shutouts.

There is a strong history between these teams that includes some magical moments in Red Bull lore. Who can forget Dane Richards’ explosive playoff performance, where he undressed Wade Barrett? Or Juan Pablo Angel’s dramatic last minute goal in a rain soaked Red Bull Arena?

Considering the Red Bulls penchant for the impossible, this may be another one to remember.
