    It’s rare to see someone in the sports industry be passionate in a sentimental way. And it’s encouraging, even with that genuine emotion, to hear Mike say so clearly that he has a style he wants to implement. Looking forward to this season, whatever comes.

    I like Petke’s emphasis on hard working; that’s the right tone and emphasis. However, the club needs to find stronger, faster additions to the roster; New York needs more players with a 90 minute work rate (at least 8 of them).

    Petke needs three years; to give him any less time, would not be fair.
